Responsibilities
- Drive the financial performance of our projects, utilizing your expertise in financial l management to maximize profitability a nd e efficiency
- Manage budgets cost control measureproject billings, receivables/payables, and contract relateditems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and recommendations that support our continued growth in the commercial construction sector.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, working closely with our project managers, field supervisors, sales team and executive stakeholders to achieve excellence in the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting related fields or extensive experience.
- Proven experience as a Finance Associate or similar role in a construction environment .
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
- Proficiency in financial / construction software and tools (e.g. MS Office, Textura, Spectrum, QuickBooks, Procore) to analyze data and generate reports.
