**Description**

Major Responsibilities:

* Process all order tickets to produce invoices for payment. Input costs onto order ticket and submit information into accounting system. Problem solve and address any discrepancies.

* Maintains a viable relationship with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

* Process mail on a daily basis

* Maintain customer files ensure they are current and documentation is accessible at all times.

* Follow and maintain procedures for record keeping. Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.

* Answer phone calls, emails and address any customer issues.

* Must demonstrate safe work and risk management practices. Communicate and enforce all safety and security issues. Report and process all employee and/or customer incidents or unsafe acts in accordance with Parkland USAs policy and procedure.

* Expected to set priorities and meet deadlines. Employee is responsible for planning and carrying out assignments, resolving conflicts that arise, informing and coordinating with others as expected. Employee is accountable for ensuring the technical accuracy of their work and maintaining good working relations, both internal and external to Parkland USA. Self-direction and motivation are also expected.

* Must meet performance expectations and complete all duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process orders for fuel and lubricant deliveries with exceptional attention to detail in our ERP System.

* Assist customers regarding pricing, billing and orders (bilingual Spanish is a plus).

* Provide excellent people skills and service to internal personnel and external customers.

* Invoice and finalize delivered orders and support accounting when customer has billing issues.
