Intermodal Truck Drivers - Home Weekly and Excellent Pay!

Are you an experienced Class A truck driver looking for a job that offers home time and great earnings? Look no further! We are seeking skilled drivers with at least 6 months of experience to join our team.

Our intermodal drivers enjoy the convenience of being home for two days every week, either from Thursday to Monday or Friday to Tuesday. You can choose your preferred start time, but consistency is key - no day-to-day changes allowed.

For the first three months, drivers can expect to earn an average of $1650 per week, with an annual average of $94,000 to $110,000. Our pay structure consists of 75% mileage pay, starting at .68 CPM and increasing by a penny each year. The remaining 25% is based on stop pay, with $65 for live unloads and $35 for drop and hook. Approximately 80% of our stops are drop and hook, making for efficient routes.

While a Hazmat endorsement is optional, getting it opens up more opportunities for runs, and we'll even reimburse you for the expense. On average, our drivers cover 1900 miles per week, with exceptional drivers reaching up to 2400 miles.

If you live within 30 miles of our terminal, you'll need to park your truck there during home time. However, if you live further away, you can take the truck home with you. There is a chance of getting through the house during the week for 10 hours, but it's not guaranteed.

We value work-life balance. While drivers are not required to work holidays, days around the holidays are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Holiday pay is $190 per day after one year of service.

We also provide generous paid time off. Drivers earn 7 days in their first 12 months, 10 days for years 1 to 5, 15 days for 5 years, and 20 days for 20 years.

We primarily operate in IA, IL, MN, and WI, and we require drivers to live within 100 miles of Davenport IA, 65 miles of Bloomington IL, or 50 miles of Waterloo IA.

To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable Class A driving experience. Please note that if part of that time was spent as a team driver, it will count towards your experience.

In terms of driving history, we have the following requirements:

• No more than 3 moving violations or incidents in the last three years.

• No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years (major accident defined as over $25K in damage), with no more than one highway accident during that period.

• No reckless, careless, rear-end, or rollover incidents in the last three years.
