Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing a variety of coffee beverages. Duties: - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos - Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system - Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns - Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed - Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality in beverage preparation - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Skills: - Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment - Strong understanding of retail math for cash handling and transactions - Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating change If you are passionate about coffee, have excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Barista.
