As a newly hired Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) on the NOC shift, you can expect to play a crucial role in providing quality care to our residents during the nighttime hours. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting residents with their daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also help with meals and ensure that residents are comfortable and safe throughout the night. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the nursing staff, communicating any changes in residents' conditions or needs.
In addition, you will document all care provided and assist with maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your schedule will primarily be during the night shift, ensuring that our residents receive round-the-clock care.
