As a Store Leader:, you are also responsible for the overall management of your store including driving sales, customer service standards, and visual standards. It’s your responsibility to build and manage a team of customer facing style experts, in our dynamic environment. In this role, you will lead the people that help our customers achieve curated looks that promote their best self, facilitate a lasting relationship with the brand, and bring them immense joy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Build a cohesive, diverse, customer-oriented team that you will be responsible to train, develop and coach to exceed all expectations.
- Consistently meet or exceed all goals and objectives for your store.
- Ensure expected customer service levels are maintained and exceeded by staff.
- Maintain store staffing levels that support forecasted sales and payroll budgets.
- Manage all aspects of daily store operational controls.
- Meet or exceed shrinkage goal thru maintaining strong loss prevention guidelines and audits.
- Partner with the Marketing department for store-initiated and or company sponsored events.
- Partner with the Visual department in planning, scheduling, and executing an innovative visual environment. Consistently maintain all aspects of store’s environment to help maximize sales.
- Manage, train & hold your team to company standards in product and cleanliness.
- Emulate the brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashion and an enthusiastic attitude.
- Performs other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job.
- 3 years retail management experience in a specialty retail environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and POS systems
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Travel may be required
- To perform the essential functions of this job, an employee must be able to meet the following physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; talk; or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; walk; use hands to finger; handle; or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop; kneel; or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and depth perception.
