Job Responsibilities:

· Assist with the management of procedures, direction and administration of loan servicing operations; help to ensure smooth flow of operations; assist the development and enhancement of skill sets and in-depth knowledge of related loan servicing tasks; set goals and objectives for loan servicing operations

· Assist with the responsibility for existing policies, procedures, governmental regulations and systems involving daily operations and member service functions and ensuring the implementation of future changes

· Assist in the supervision and direction of the loan service staff; help to identify training needs and perform general training of loan servicing employees; ensure excellent service is provided by loan servicing staff; provide guidance, error resolution and support to staff and customers with complex and difficult tasks

· Ensure loan records are maintained; manage loan service record retention

· Oversee the obtaining of information related to the loan origination process

· Oversee package prefunding; maintain loan documentation checklists and other communications to ensure proper documenting of credit files.

· Produce monthly board reports for dept; produce quarterly call report loan schedules

· Balance internal loan accounts (dda & gl)

· Assist with the compilation of the documentation and responses for bank examinations

· Serve as an administrator for bank’s software: electronic documentation core system & core processing system; & Bank’s Credit Card Program

· Maintain the bank’s accounting shadow records for non-accrual loans

· Maintain loan rate indexes of all bank systems and spreadsheets

· Train bank staff on preparation and review of consumer and commercial documentation requirements

· Assist in the management of staff and their duties of file maintenance, loan review, participation documentation, financial requirements, collateral documentation, payment processing, fees, loan ownership, accurate loan maintenance, customer service (payoffs, changes of owner, note modifications, beneficiaries and other loan details), preparation of disbursement worksheets, prefunding packages, loan documentation checklists and other communications necessary to properly document the credit files, preparation of loan approval report and financial spreadsheets, new loans preparation, uploading, & scanning, the upkeep of existing loans (payments, advances, changes in note structure, etc)

· Assist with the management of participation transactions with outside institutions (purchased and sold)

· Assist with the review of daily edit and balancing reports, monitors loan advances, disbursements and payment processing, books new loans, loan payoffs, PRA payments, billing changes and interest calculations, delinquent account and collection activities

Job Qualifications:

· Undergraduate degree (business field) preferred

· Minimum of three years of loan service experience

· Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures

· Proven leadership, management, communication, and computer skills
