The duties of this position include:

• Answering phones & routing calls
• Handling new leads and working with prospective clients to identify insurance solutions
• Processing customer payments
• Problem-solving client issues
• Run quotes using multiple software tools
• Explaining changes to clients
• Helping file claims/claim follow-up
• Data entry
• Mailing/emailing documents/marketing assets
• Calling clients for follow-ups to quotes
• & More general admin tasks

This role will be in-office for first 120 days, then move to hybrid.

A clean criminal/credit background is required.
