We are looking for a full-time leasing agent to join our team! Must be outgoing, charismatic, and work well in a team setting. Must be in Rexburg year-round and available 40 hours a week. Compensation based on experience and longevity. This position has the potential for advancement to senior positions within the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Support recruiting and lease up activities for the site.
• Complete tours and respond to potential tenant inquiries, etc.
• Help residents renew or complete initial lease.
• Ability to lead tours.
• Assist in advertising activities and distribution.
• Assist in planning and execution of complex activities and events.

Preferred Experience

• 2 or more years in Property Management, or other management position
• Knowledge of BYU-Idaho Approved Student Housing system
• Other leadership experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
