We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chiropractors with patient care, including preparing treatment rooms, positioning patients, and providing physical therapy treatments as directed.
• Perform therapeutic procedures such as heat and cold applications, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and exercise instruction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients about chiropractic care, treatment plans, and exercises to enhance their recovery and well-being.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage patient flow, and assist with front desk duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including billing, insurance verification, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in chiropractic therapy assistance or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a chiropractic or physical therapy setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
