JOB DESCRIPTION:Serve as an RBT and work as a 1-1 support for an assigned student as well as support other students in the classroom as directed by the classroom teacher and district BCBA.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), provide direct ABA services by implementing skill acquisition and maintenance programs, behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans for individual students and specialized small groups as indicated on their IEPs.2.Adheres to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) RBT Code of Ethics.3.Work in collaboration with the BCBA and other team members to provide insight into programming changes and make suggestions to support each student’s success.4.Communicate student progress to BCBA and other school personnel.5.Complete any other duty or assignments as directed by the Director of Special Education/Building Principal/ IEP Coordinator
