Job Responsibilities: To provide support to the Graduate School office to include a variety of paraprofessional activities to aid in overall functioning of the Graduate School interacting and communicating with students, staff and faculty across campus and online.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of:

• Graduate School policies and processes;
• Experience with Banner, Image Now, CRM and office computer software preferred; and
• Customer service practices.

Skill & Ability to:

• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Demonstrate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• Handle multiple priorities, sometimes with conflicting deadlines;
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail;
• Independently manage and prioritize workload; and
• Maintain website content.
