South County Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, the STL Giant, is currently seeking a seasoned automotive Service Advisor to join our winning team. Must have 3 years of experience with a verifiable record of being a top performer in all metrics including customer satisfaction.

Our Service Advisors are responsible for building strong customer relationships through our process: greet and consult customers on service needs, perform a thorough vehicle walk-around inspection, sell and up-sell services that are required, update customers often, field service calls, and take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Ensure that all vehicles receive a complimentary Multi-Point Inspection
• Consult with technicians about necessary repairs
• Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings
• Help customers decide between trading in a car and fixing it through our shop
• Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses and possible
• changes
• Guarantee that the customer has a positive dealership experience!
• Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions
• regarding the customer’s vehicle

Qualifications

• 3 years of automotive service advisor experience a must
• Knowledge of automotive industry and parts
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate equally well with technicians, customers, and team
• members
• Must be results-driven
• Team player
• Stamina to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Stellantis Experience a plus!
• Must have a current, valid driver's license
• Must pass- Background check & Drug test
