Employees in this position are expected to obtain relevant information from adults, write plans of care, establish liaisons with other service agencies in the community, and assist consumers in obtaining the services they are entitled to receive. Must have Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field; must have current driver’s license, eligibility for coverage under center liability insurance and individually held vehicle liability insurance and clear background check.
