Are you passionate about the aesthetics industry and skilled in sales? Join our team at South Bay Med Spa in Whittier, CA, as an Aesthetic Sales Consultant/Patient Coordinator! In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving sales by upselling to existing patients through various channels such as text, phone calls, and in-person interactions. Your main responsibility will be to hold consultations with patients, understand their needs, and effectively sell treatment packages to meet or exceed sales goals. This is a Full Time position (must work some Saturdays).

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by upselling to existing patients via text, phone calls, and in-person interactions
• Conduct consultations and sell treatment packages
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Prioritize customer satisfaction through excellent sales and customer service experiences
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure a smooth-running medical facility
• Perform routine administrative and clinical tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Previous sales and customer service experience, preferably in the aesthetics industry
• Passion for the aesthetics industry and a drive to excel in sales
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture
• Coachable attitude with a desire to progress towards a sales management role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
