Radiology Navigator/Mammo Tech
Status: Full-Time
Job Summary: The Radiology Navigator/Mammo Tech under direct supervision of the Radiology Director, provide direct patient care and comprehensive coordination of care for patients and their families/caregivers, to eliminate barriers to timely care, facilitate flow through system, facilitate interactions with radiologist, and other specialists as needed, increase patient and provider satisfaction, maintain point of contact with providers and serve as the first point of contact for patients and families, and help patient get back to original provider. Utilizes radiographic techniques to obtain diagnostic images.

Qualifications:

• Be a graduate from a Radiologic technologist education program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
• Have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience within the last 3 years in a clinical setting
• Possess a current registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Registered Technologist (R.T. M. (ARRT)).
• Current, approved, BLS for healthcare providers
