Family Law Paralegal

Duties:

- File and organize legal documents in physical and electronic format
- Utilize document management systems to maintain and retrieve files
- Perform data entry and transcription tasks accurately and efficiently
- Proofread legal documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys
- Answer phone calls and communicate with clients with professionalism and phone etiquette
- Assist with organizing and maintaining case files
- Prepare legal correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents

Experience:

- 1 years Family Law Paralegal experience required
- Familiarity with family law procedures and terminology
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software for word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
