Job Summary:

We are seeking a housekeeper and organized Personal Assistant to provide personalized support for a family of 4. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Days flexible, during the week across 3 separate days (ideally M, W, F) morning or afternoon
• Home in Monterey for a family of 4 in about 2,400 sq ft.
• Duties (generally assisting with house cleaning and home/family organization
• House cleaning
• Laundry & Dry-Cleaning Runs
• Washing and changing sheets
• Home tidiness
• Occasional deep cleaning
• Grocery shopping
• Occasional home organization projects

Requirements:

- Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or related roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques is a plus
