Some of our clients are seeking remote recruiters, while others need someone onsite. In these roles, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent to fulfill both direct hire and contract positions.

Your expertise will contribute significantly to our client's success and the growth of their organizations.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to comprehend staffing needs and objectives.

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.- Assist in developing and maintaining recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.

Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.- Strong understanding of both direct hire and contract recruitment processes.

• Proficiency in leveraging various sourcing techniques and platforms.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work within a dynamic environment.- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
