As a Senior Data Science Manager, you will work with large, complex data sets and solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed. You will also conduct an analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, ongoing deliverables, and presentations.

In your first few weeks in this Senior Data Science Manager role, you can expect to:

· Solve complex, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed

· Build and manage a high-performance, responsive team of data scientists and analysts that can keep up with and pioneer in this space

· Develop comprehensive knowledge of data structures and metrics, advocating for changes where needed for product development.

· You will be growing a team of up to 30 however, all the leaders in the business are still very much hands on

To apply for this Senior Data Science Manager role, you will need an MS or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, etc. You will also require:

· 7 years of experience in data science, algorithmic engineering, or machine learning

· 3 years of experience managing and mentoring data science and engineering teams in a technology company

· Experience in Ads Monetization is essential

· Experience with statistical software such as R, Python, MATLAB and database languages such as SQL

· Experience building data science models (Regression, Decision Trees, K-Means, etc.)

· Experience with large data sets and analytical tools, e.g., Hive and Spark.

· Experience in a large online companies like a Google or Meta
