Due to continual growth, our client, a well established RV brand, is looking to hire a talented Parts Sales Associate, to help take the dealership to the next level.

Our dealership has enjoyed recent growth and we are looking for (Team Players) professional Parts Advisors who are interested in developing their career through a strong work ethic, personal development, and continuous personal growth.

Pay: Basic hourly of $16 - $20 commission based on sales

Hours: 5 days rota across Monday to Saturday - 9am - 6pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Order, receive, and bill all parts

· Assist retail customers on their purchases and be knowledgeable on RV parts and stock

· Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping

· Answering phones

· Maintains records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.

· Engage with customers - retail sales

· Minimum 12 months automotive or rv parts sales experience

· Strong sales ability

· Ability to provide quality customer service

· Willingness to take initiative

· Quality verbal communication, writing and grammar skills

· Computer Literate

· Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent customer service skills

· Professional appearance

· Ability to work independently

· Being proactive in your job responsibilities, career and business growth

Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and computer literacy
- Proven experience in customer service
- Excellent writing skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Previous dealership experience is preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Knowledge of inventory control
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Cash handling experience
- Basic understanding of automotive diagnostics
- Negotiation skills are beneficial
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance is advantageous
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with CMMS is a bonus
- Sales management experience is beneficial
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Knowledge of automotive repair and service is a plus
- Familiarity with stocking procedures
- Marketing knowledge is beneficial
- Understanding of retail math
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong mathematical skills
- Experience in order fulfillment
- Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally
- Basic maintenance skills
- Strong organizational skills
