Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, to keep vehicles running smoothly and efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, such as engine troubles, electrical malfunctions, and transmission problems, using advanced diagnostic equipment and procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and develop accurate repair estimates for customers.
• Utilize technical manuals and online resources to stay up-to-date with the latest automotive repair methods and technologies.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to prioritize and efficiently complete repair orders.
• Ensure all repairs and services are performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs to customers, addressing their concerns, and offering maintenance advice to enhance the longevity of their vehicles.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of formal automotive technician training program preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Nissan Automotive Technician.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues.
• Familiarity with modern diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, components, and parts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• ASE Certifications are another HUGE plus!
