**Qualifications**

- 8 to 10 years

- commercial experience a must - healthcare would be ideal

- vision, creativity and concept development

- ability to sell ideas to clients, set up and lead meetings

- good project management skills

- knowledge of Revit

- ability to effectively communicate issues and concerns to stakeholders, vendors and project team members

- passionate about patient-centered design and implementing evidence-based design strategies on projects

- self-motivated and able to problem-solve independently **Benefits**
