Financial Services - Outside Sales – Southern California Territory Manager (RV & Marine)

About This Job:

Source One is currently recruiting a highly driven, relationship focused, and highly accomplished sales professional with experience in B2B sales. This is a road warrior position – 60-75% of your time will be spent on the road, in your territory for 10 months of the year. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the relationship between Source One and RV/Marine dealerships. You don’t have to have specific RV/Marine experience – some of our most successful Team members have come from outside the industry. Automotive Dealer Relationship Managers or ex-F&I managers are specifically encouraged to apply, as hands-on experience in an F&I environment is strongly desired.

You will be responsible for the development of our RV/Marine dealer finance program in the Southern California area. Only west-coast based applicants need apply. This position is for top achievers only and you will be required to hit and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs). Strong consideration will be given to those experienced professionals with proven successful track records in outside B2B sales and advanced knowledge of F&I functions within a Marine/RV/Auto dealership environment, though demonstrated success in a relationship based B2B outside sales will be considered.

Responsibilities and Duties (other duties may be assigned)

· Build & expand the Company’s market share within the assigned territory.

· Responsible for improving the existing dealer relationships and establishing new dealer contacts and accounts within your assigned territory.

· Perform onsite sales visits to current and prospective dealers.

· Be a product expert, able to educate, train, and mentor dealer partners on the benefits and advantages of the Source One consumer lending programs.

· Develop relationships with referral sources and other partners within your region,

to expand the dealer footprint and increase loan originations.

· Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events.

· Must travel throughout the territory on a weekly basis - a minimum of 60% overnight travel is required.

· Input and maintain impeccably detailed dealer information, site visit notes, and performance metrics into the CRM as required.

· Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance parameters in accordance with the Company's various policies and regulatory requirements.

· Must excel at being a highly contributive component of a collaborative sales team providing high level input.

Qualifications and Skills

· Strong proactive work ethic with minimal supervision.

· Advanced experience in managing large geographical (multi-state) territories.

· Detail orientated and high organizational skills.

· Analytical by nature, embracing technology to find efficiencies in process.

· Able to conduct high level and consultative conversations with people of all abilities and skill levels.

· Expert level presentation skills.

· Ability to prioritize conflicting demands and deadlines without supervisory input.

· Determined in the face of objection, difficult work situations or fierce competition.

· Successful problem-solver with a focus on delivering results without excuses.

· Customer focused with a drive to provide exemplary service and valuable input.

· Benefits

This position offers a base salary of $90,000-$100,000 (based on experience and success) plus the potential to earn a monthly commission. All travel expenses including gas, food and lodging is paid 100% by the company (on a corporate card) without having to wait on a monthly reimbursement. We also offer full Medical and Dental Insurance, generous PTO, and a very generous 401k plan.
