Experience. Two years' experience in mental health. Experience with diverse populations in an urban setting, familiarity with the child welfare system, complex trauma, culturally competent and some experience with children and families.
Valid New Jersey driver’s license, safe driving record, and vehicle availability are required.

- Provide assessments, care plans, therapy and discharge plans for clients
- Provides culturally competent, trauma-informed individual and family therapeutic services to youth and families both in-community and via telehealth
- Maintain client roster, through electronic health recording system and other duties as requested by DCF related to client records
- Attends all team meetings and in service training, maintains direct service LOS as required by DCF
