As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Electrician to join our team.

Position: Lead Electrician

Location: Rome, GA

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • 4-5 years of experience.
  • Residential and Commercial Experience.
  • Lead and supervise a team of Technicians and Apprentices to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Plan and coordinate electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects in collaboration with project managers and clients.
  • Interpret circuit layouts, spec sheets, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications and requirements.
  • Oversee the installation and testing of electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, switches, outlets and other electrical components.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems to identify and troubleshoot issues, implementing effective solutions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and project progress.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Demonstrate leadership by promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working as an Electrician.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience leading crews in residential or commercial environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, components, and installations.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, spec sheets, and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of the NEC
  • Ability to navigate Ugly's reference book
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Basic Technology skills (familiar with or able to become familiar with google workspace)
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
