This is an on-site full time role with for an immediate hire- 100% on-site

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in EUC H&F Support. (End User Compute – Deskside Support)
• Support and troubleshooting of Windows 10 Operating system, Microsoft O365 applications.
• Good customer handling skill and prior experience in Concierge (VIP Users) support
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop/laptop issues (both hardware/software)
• Basic troubleshooting of Conference devices/Projectors/Meeting room facilitation.
• SCCM client end installation & troubleshooting knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Networking and Active Directory
• Must have right attitude and customer centric approach.
• Document all support activity within the IT Incident and request fulfillment tool (Preferred SNOW)

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

• Must have experience providing customer service within a technical field.
• Microsoft Certifications on Office Applications, Windows 7, 8 or 10 is desired.
• CompTia A Certification is desired.
• 3 years of experience in a corporate Information Technology department providing end user support over a wide range of end user environments.
• Managing day to day desktop/laptop support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
