Part Time
We are a small (19 employees) wood products manufacturing company located in Arlington Wa. for over 20 years.
We have an opening in our two person office working directly under the General Manager. This is a part time position averaging 30 to 35 hours per week. Hours are somewhat flexible.
We’re looking for a friendly, self motivated person to manage all our office related functions. This is a low stress, self-managing position in a casual atmosphere. Looking for someone who lives in the area and wants part time but long term employment, to take charge of our small office.
Job duties include:
Competence with Quickbooks is a must to perform payroll, A/R, A/P, quarterly tax reports, balance monthly checking and credit card accounts, enter customer invoices and vendor invoices, pay vendors.
Work with occasional drop in customers to receive their payments and locate their pick up orders.
Answering the phone to assist customers and work with vendors.
Use our order entry software to enter daily orders and to oversee our Inventory control including monitoring, ordering and receiving inventory.
Other office related tasks as they come up.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
