We are seeking an experienced and highly organized part time Office Manager to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent organizational and administrative skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies and placing orders
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, mediations, and events
- Create PDF and LEDES invoices
- Send and track payment of invoices
- Prepare monthly reconciliations for accountant
- Record and pay expenses
- File management
- Calendar deadlines
- Troubleshoot and communicate with offsite IT and vendors
- Track and renew licenses and memberships
- Ability to become a Notary Public
- Plan and organize company events or meetings
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in bookkeeping
- Familiarity with accounting software (preferably Caret Legal), document management platforms (NetDocs, Azure, Sharefile, and Sharepoint), and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Effective time and project management skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Good worth ethic
- Enjoy working on a team
Soule & Stull is a civil litigation law firm. We are located near Hwy 100 and 70th Street in Edina/Minneapolis. The firm focuses on product liability, medical negligence defense, and commercial litigation, coordinates product liability litigation nationwide, provides ADR services, and counsels manufacturers on product safety issues.
