Job Title: Skilled Production Technician - Weekends (Friday - Sunday) 7:00am - 7:30pm

Reports To: Production Supervisor / Production Manager

- Show competency in running automatic cells. Ability to run their assigned automated cell as well as learn other automation groups.
- Meets 75-80% efficiency Machine time.
- Manual lines knowledge and capable of running
- Proficient at required documentation.
- Cell leader – able to coordinate material demand and finished products.
- All other duties as assigned.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or nine months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as averages, cycle times, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
