Description of Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated NM Licensed Real Estate Transaction Broker to join our team at RCT with Sotheby's International Realty.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate transactions, exceptional communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. The hours can be flexible Depending upon the Needs of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate real estate transactions from start to finish
- Scheduling Inspections
- Manage Listing Paperwork
- Manage Contractural Deadlines
- Purchase Agreement and Contract documents preparation
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in all interactions
- Not a 9-5 Position
Qualifications:
-Must have a real estate license in New Mexico
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proven experience in real estate transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
