We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group classes and providing personalized instruction to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to help individuals improve their physical fitness and overall well-being through the practice of Pilates.

```Duties:```

- Lead group Pilates classes, ensuring that participants are performing exercises correctly and safely

- Provide personalized instruction and modifications to meet the needs and goals of individual clients

- Create and implement effective Pilates programs based on clients' fitness levels and objectives

- Demonstrate proper form, technique, and body mechanics during exercises

- Monitor clients' progress and provide ongoing feedback and encouragement

- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

```Skills:```

- Strong knowledge of anatomy and how it relates to movement

- Experience in sports coaching, personal training, or dance is a plus

- Ability to effectively lead group fitness classes and private trainings

- Excellent understanding of body mechanics and the ability to correct form and technique

- Proficient in program design to create challenging yet safe workouts for clients

- Strong communication skills to provide clear instructions and guidance to clients

- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $36.89 - $40.70 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
