We are a fast growing, privately owned dental office in Mesa, AZ seeking a talented & enthusiastic RDH to join our team. There are huge opportunities for advancement for everyone on our team. We are a family practice looking for a hygienist that will care for our patients and provide education to their unique individual needs and provide the highest quality of care.

Job Duties include:

• Perform hygiene clinical procedures, including cleanings, prophy, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screenings and x-rays
• Communicate with doctor where there are opportunities in patients for restorative and/or periodontal needs
• Educate patients on their oral health needs and desires
• Partner with team members to assist in ensuring patients have an incredible experience
• Partner with front office to own and drive the Hygiene schedule

We work hard Monday, Wednesday and Thursday but have fun in the process. We are not open on Fridays or weekends. We are looking for a long-term hygienist that is capable of reappointing our patients on their hygiene schedule and providing excellent care to our beloved patients.
