We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fine Dining Server to join our team. As a Fine Dining Server, you will provide exceptional service to our guests in a high-end dining environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs throughout the dining experience
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting preferred
- Strong culinary knowledge and understanding of food preparation techniques
- Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Exceptional guest services skills with the ability to provide personalized service
- Knowledge of food service etiquette and proper table settings
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
