Ally Pediatric Therapy is a clinician led company with dedicated, direct supervisors and mentorship opportunities. focuses on helping children with autism develop their verbal and social skills. We have created a unique and integrated approach by combining the expertise of Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) with evidence-based treatment methods rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior. This cross-disciplinary approach allows us to achieve the best outcomes for our young patients.
We stress a heavy emphasis on continuing education, learning across disciplines and putting the team approach at the forefront of the daily practices.
Requirements:
Ability to work in-person at our Gilbert, AZ clinic
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
Experience or interest in working with children with autism
Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and treatment methods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Benefits
Compensation : CCC-SLP: $75,000 depending on experience
CF-SLP: $60,000-$65,000
