Sooper Credit Union is Hiring a Call Center Representative Near Arvada, CO

Description

The Contact Center MSR is responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to members and potential members via telephone to identify their needs and potential cross sell opportunities. This position provides expertise in respect to credit union products and services, such as consumer loans, deposit accounts, online banking, research, ACH and payroll processes. Must possess strong cross selling skills, a thorough knowledge of SCUs product and services and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

What you will be doing:

  • Perform member transactions, within authority, accurately and efficiently with good audit train and within Sooper's guidelines and policies.
  • Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells products and services beneficial to members.
  • Provides answers to member's questions about products, services and resolves problems within their authority. Refers issues beyond their authority to the next level, along with their recommendations.
  • Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports/tasks processed.

Qualifications:

  • One to three years of call center and customer service experience.
  • A high school education or GED. 
  • Demonstrates carefulness about detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills are essential. 
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly rate starting at $19.50/hour, depending on experience, education and qualifications.
