As a Director, Release Planning you'll manage digital and physical production for Alamo and Santa Anna artist releases.

What you'll do:

  • Remain informed on all aspects of US preproduction/release planning including label copy, BA status, physical/digital exclusives, mastering and artwork creation for Alamo and Santa Anna Music
  • Handle all release planning of physical and/or digital and mobile products from concept through release
  • Work closely with the marketing team, to ensure that the most effective products are being released
  • Coordinate the placement of all master assets for commercial and promo releases so that supply chain may properly service or the markets may properly order for release
  • Generate, deliver and track all assets for non-traditional products (embed products, download cards, long form video download products, etc)
  • Keep track of shipping schedule and inform international product managers of ship dates and quantities
  • Work closely with the A&R and A&R Admin team to collect and organize all assets involved with the process of releasing music, videos and merchandise.

Who you are:

  • 5-7 years of production experience at a major label.
