We are seeking a professional and motivated Dental Assistant/ Receptionist to join our welcoming and supportive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling dental appointments, setting up and assisting doctors, explaining dental treatment plans, and providing dental patients with a comfortable environment while they wait. This position requires a person who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, has strong phone etiquette, enjoys interpersonal relationships and is capable of building rapport with customers and co-workers.

We have one position work both for front and back office (must have experiences), Excellent pay.

We have one position work for back office as dental assistant with minimum pay $17/hour.

Bilingual : Hmong/spanish

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers to the office.
• Greet customers by name.
• Answer phone calls and forward to appropriate staff.
• Prepare and send bills and invoices.
• File insurance information.
• Setting up operatory
• Assisting doctors
• Work as Front and Back office for this position (Must have experiences. Excellent Pay)
