Seeking individual to assist in our Parts Department to assist team with parts running, warehouse and parts counter. Challenging position to learn and assist team for our Heavy Diesel Mechanic Shops in Phoenix and Chandler AZ.

Previous experience in heavy diesel parts, warehouse and inventory.

Counter Sales Person for Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer Parts

Position Summary

Provide support to both internal and external customers, as well as assist outside sales in quotation and order administration.
Work under general supervision. Resolves non-routine problems by applying general policies, practices, procedures, and principles. This person will work with store manager and other counter salespersons to insure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Position Accountability

1. Counter sales, configure proposals, process orders, perform inventory cycle counts and assist customers face to face as well as on the telephone.

2. Establish personal relationships with customers and end users.

3. Coordinate orders to determine delivery dates based on customer needs.

4. Personally expedite “Rush” & “Hot” orders

5. Provide first line technical support.

6. Order entry and customer invoicing, process credit card payment.

7. Thrive in busy work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
