Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging educational experiences.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's individual needs and development.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications:
- Experience Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in education.
- Proficiency in math, literacy education, and curriculum development for young learners.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
- Familiarity with child welfare regulations and safety protocols.
