```Duties```
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school's curriculum and educational standards
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including math, language arts, science, and social studies
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance student learning
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement strategies to support student success
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns or issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information
```Requirements```
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Familiarity with early intervention techniques for students with special needs is a plus
