ABOUT THE POSITION:
Charlie's is looking for 1 motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Sales Associate/Brand Ambassador. Associates will be an integral part of the Charlie's sales team. This position is quite varied and can mean you are performing several different tasks in a given day or week. Charlie's is seeking an energetic and engaging Sales Associate and Brand Ambassador to spearhead our ambassador program and drive brand engagement at partnered dispensaries. This role combines sales expertise with brand promotion, focusing on educating and motivating staff and customers about our products.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -SALES ASSOCIATE/BRAND AMBASSADOR:
Staff members must understand, abide by, and enforce AZ Department of Health Services ("AZDHS") rules, regulations, and compliance standards.
Members must be team-oriented, energetic, and passionate about the company and its brands.
Work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing Team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and increase sales.
Select and train brand ambassadors at each dispensary, providing them with the necessary Charlie's gear and comprehensive product knowledge.
Coordinate and execute the production of captivating content for social media, aimed at showcasing the unique qualities of Charlie's products.
Design and manage sales contests and incentive schemes specifically for dispensary budtenders to promote sales and build brand loyalty.
Conduct educational sessions for dispensary staff and engage with customers to inform and enthuse them about the benefits of Charlie's products.
Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events and promotional activities.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of promotional activities and ambassador effectiveness, making strategic adjustments as needed.
Strong attention to detail is required from all of our staff.
As a small team, positive dispositions make a huge impact on a daily basis.
A sense of urgency and Punctuality is absolutely required.
Each Charlie's member must take pride in the work that is done, and take ownership of their high-performing work ethic.
Multi-tasking is a staple skill for any Charlie's employee.
Quality time management skills are required in this position as we regularly have many deadlines for production goals.
This position requires professional Cannabis knowledge from experienced candidates.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Pay Rate: $50,000 per year
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Must be 21 years old.
Ability to obtain and maintain an AZDHS Facility Agent Card.
Ability to stay focused on tasks and meet goals.
Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Reliable attendance and communication - show up to work when you say you will, and do what you say you are going to do.
Quick learner, and willing to be coachable and flexible with work tasks.
Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed.
Criminal background check will be performed; most marijuana-related crimes will not negatively impact an application.
Reliable transportation.
License/Certification: (FA) Facility Agent Card (Necessary to Start Work)
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
At least 1 year experience in the cannabis industry.
Cannabis-related education.
