The Capacity Planning Intern at Sono Bello is primarily responsible for data mining, report building, and scheduling and filling capacity needs. Overall responsibilities include delivering on time report analysis with effective communication to the capacity planning department regarding data and scheduling requests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mine data and build reports pertinent to revisions across the brand by center.
• Build calendar proposals based off surgeon availability for review and approval by Capacity Manager.
• Audit scheduling tools to ensure compliance and accuracy within assigned markets.
• Identify surgical coverage gaps and suggest solutions in a team atmosphere.
• Must be proficient in basic computer skills and utilization of MS Office Suite
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from physicians and operational partners.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current enrollment at an accredited institution.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job, including 2 days of in-office work per week.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Must be familiar with MS Office and can learn computer operating systems.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work at the office in Scottsdale, AZ 2-3 days per week. Hybrid working is potential for this position.

COMPENSATION:

This is a Non-Exempt position with an hourly range of $15.00 - $20.00, depending on experience. #L1-MW1
