Duties:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Monitor and manage the practice's financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and ensure appropriate utilization management.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks or Epic to maintain patient records and facilitate communication.
- Collaborate with insurance companies and managed care organizations to ensure proper reimbursement and resolve any billing issues.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for both staff and patients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in order to continuously improve the practice's operations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting, such as a hospital or veterinary practice.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and utilization management.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, such as eClinicalWorks or Epic.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Note: Experience in critical care or specialized medical fields may be advantageous but not required for this position.
