Sonny Anderson - State Farm Agency, located in Long Beach, CA has an immediate opening for a Bilingual (Spanish / English) Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Insurance experience is preferred. Must have an active Property and Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish / English)
• Insurance Sales Experience / Property & Casualty and L / H licenses preferred.
• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
