JOB DESCRIPTION:
Insurance Customer Service Representative
1. Sonic Insurance is seeking an experienced, licensed Insurance CSR for immediate, full-time employment. The ideal candidate will be career-minded with exceptional customer service skills, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate extraordinary personal character, including a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
2. Our office is growing, and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our team in a full-time role as a Personal Lines CSR. In this position, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our growing personal and commercial book of business.
Responsibilities:
- Managing service needs for existing clients
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Ensure all productivity, quality, and service standards are met
- Maintain current, accurate data in the agency management system
- Implementing client insurance policy administrative processes, including tracking, renewals, new policy set-up, rating, and policy review
- Active Florida Insurance License (4-40 minimum requirement)
- 1 year of Insurance Agency experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Successfully pass a background check
- Applied EPIC experience (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED Required, College Degree Preferred
