As a McCans Franchise Sonic Drive-In Team Member, you are part of an elite group, filling a role that is essential for our Team to Succeed (You). Being on our Team is more than making a difference! It is like being an astronaut, only you work in a drive-in restaurant instead of space, and the food’s way bettertoo! You’re responsible for preparing, serving and delivering that food safely and efficiently!!! Not to ever forget that our Guests deserve to have a truly out-of-this-world experience at McCans SONIC Drive-In!!!

As a McCans Sonic Team Member your responsibilities include:

Cook:

Cooking, creating, and packaging delicious menu items

Trying to beat your best record, every time

Being proactive (If you’re not busy now, you may be in 5 minutes!)

Continuously communicating with Team to help motivate and work together

Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards and looking out for eachother

Carhop:

Delivering a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every Guest

Being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations

Being empowered to resolve customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied

Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards

Crew:

Creating and packaging delicious menu items

Trying to beat your best record, every time

Being proactive (If you’re not busy now, you may be in 5 minutes!)

Continuously communicating with team to help motivate

Being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations

Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards

Ideal Candidates:

Ability to remain calm, especially in tough situations

Willingness to work flexible hours; night, weekend, and holiday shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $7.75 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 45 per week
