We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure efficient restaurant operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and attending to customer needs promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas, dining areas, and equipment
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- Perform basic math functions for cash handling and transactions
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions
- Assist in sales efforts by upselling menu items and promoting specials
- Support food service activities including food preparation, plating, and packaging
- Demonstrate effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficiency in basic math for handling cash transactions accurately
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to engage in sales techniques such as upselling to increase revenue
- Prior experience in the food service industry is beneficial
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
