Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our kitchen, hotel, and overall team management. Duties: - Manage and supervise all aspects of daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting - Oversee the kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation and service meet high standards of quality and safety - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth - Train and mentor staff members, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and food service - Conduct interviews and hire new team members based on organizational needs - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication - Monitor industry trends and implement innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency Skills: - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with staff and customers - Proficient in conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates - Knowledge of food preparation techniques, health codes, and safety regulations - Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions - Exceptional problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
