Responsibilities

The Associate Laboratory Technician is a member of the R&D team responsible for supporting activities in the in-vitro or system verification and validation labs. This role is under the direct supervision of a senior level technician, engineer, or clinician.

• Follows established laboratory safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols.
• Execute testing and data collection following written protocol and under close supervision.
• Manage the laboratory’s inventory.
• Maintains laboratory equipment as directed.
• Participate in design control activities, adhering to applicable internal procedures, and external regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in the use of basic an equipment tools typically found in a clinical laboratory.
• Capable of completing tasks requiring a high degree of manual dexterity.
• Ability to deliver excellent attention to detail and quality of work.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other
• federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

Compensation

We pay competitively. Base hourly rate range is $21.00 - $38.50. Other paid compensation and benefits may be available.
